Consequences of Queensland Border opening:

Check-in with QR code is required and should be displayed to the Reception staff upon arrival.  The new QR code is now available which will display your vaccination status.

All patients who are fully or partially vaccinated against COVID-19 and are free from respiratory symptoms may expect business as usual, online bookings are unrestricted. However, masks are required to be worn throughout your visit.

Unvaccinated persons already registered with the Practice who wish to have a face-to-face consultation will be requested to remain outside the clinic after notifying reception of arrival. You will be given paging devices that will alert you when doctor is ready. Face masks will be a condition of entry throughout your visit. A negative COVID test may be required as a condition of entry.

Regular patients of the Practice with respiratory tract infection symptoms can call the practice to arrange a bulk billed telephone consultation with the doctor or can be assessed via an in-car consult immediately outside our rooms. Please do not book through Health Engine for these visits. We are then able to determine the need for you to be examined or referred for COVID19 testing. COVID-19 testing can be done locally via referral at Ferny Hills, Everton Hills, or Everton Park. (Sullivan Nicolaides). We do not do testing in our surgery rooms, nor at the adjacent S&N Collection Centre at Arana Hills.
