Online Claiming
If you have your bank account details registered with Medicare, we can send your claim through on-line and your rebate will be paid into your account within 24-48 hours. If you would prefer to claim your Medicare rebate yourself, a receipt can be printed.
Gap Fee
In order to maintain high standards of equipment and facilities, all procedural work such as excisions, fracture care, and wound sutures, will attract a gap fee. This fee will vary according to the complexity and length of the procedure. The maximum gap is $100 per single procedure.
Pre-booked long consultations for counselling purposes, complete well-woman checks, musculoskeletal therapy, as well as complete yearly physical checkups, will similarly attract extra fees.
Cancellations
If you cannot attend your appointment, we respectfully request a minimum of 2 hours’ notice to avoid a cancellation fee. If you do not attend your scheduled appointment without giving the required notice, a non-refundable private fee of $50 (Standard appointment) or $100 (Long appointment) will apply.
This fee is not refunded by Medicare.
Other Service Fees
Please ask at reception about free Health Assessments for those over 75 yrs, Midlife Health Checks, Home Medication reviews, and Care Planning for complex illnesses.
