Dr. Neil A. Hearnden - Practice Principal
Neil is a Queensland graduate who has attained postgraduate diploma qualifications in the area of Musculoskeletal Medicine. As such, he is involved as a Teacher of Musculoskeletal Medicine in Queensland contributing to the knowledge of other doctors in this area of medicine. He is a past representative of Australian General Practitioners on Arthritis Australia as well as the Medical and Scientific Advisory Committee of Osteoporosis Australia.
He was a founding member of the Brisbane North Division of General Practice and was actively involved on the board as Vice President; he also served as a council member on the Queensland branch of the AMA and has represented the Royal Australian College of GPs on the National Immunisation Committee.
Neil is currently pursuing extra skills in skin cancer. He has now completed the Master of Medicine degree from the University of Qld in the field of skin cancer.
When relaxing, he spends time on his beloved Grand Piano.

Michael is a highly experienced professional not only in General Practice but in the area of musculoskeletal medicine and pain management. Manual therapy, prolotherapy and other regenerative injection treatments, epidurals, and near-nerve injection treatments are in his bag of tools to help those in pain. He has held an academic post with Griffith University for many years and was closely involved in the Medical School. He is the convenor of a certificate program training GPs in managing musculoskeletal pain. Michael has a passion for early music instruments including various recorders, the cornetto, and the serpent.
Dr. Nielsen is a Queensland graduate from JCU University in Townsville. Following this, she gained valuable experience in Emergency Medicine. Having now completed her advanced training in General Practice, she has become an important member of our team. Dr. Lauren-Phoebe has already completed her Diploma of Child Health and Family Planning Certificate and is keen to care for our little ones as well as offer special care in Women's Health. Her enthusiastic and friendly attitude is sure to impress.
She is keen to promote the health of women in our community. She offers complete advice on contraception and family planning and is trained in the insertion and removal of long-acting reversible contraceptives such as the LARC intrauterine device and the progesterone-only subdermal implant. Iron deficiency is common and preventable. She is keen to offer nutritional advice as well as iron infusion therapy to minimise fatigue.

Dr. Garlick hails from a family of medicos. However, she is determined not to be overshadowed by her family. She is determined and willing to take on any challenge as she adds to the many skills gained in her hospital years. She is will complete her General Practice Speciality training in 2021 and will continue as an independent medical contractor at the Practice in 2022

Dr Jeeda Pincombe completed her medical degree at Western Sydney University and has completed her General Practice training in Sydney. While she is interested in all aspects of general practice, her special interests include preventative health, paediatrics, women’s health, and skin cancer medicine.
